At the end of April, our TY class went on a day trip to Galway. They headed off on the 8am train from Kildare and walked 10km from the city to the beaches of Salthill. The rain was so heavy at one point, we had to take refuge in the Atlantiquarium where we got to see all sorts of amazing sealife up close! Some students were brave enough to take a dip in Galway Bay followed by a visit to Supermacs! A great visit to a great city!
